Service Description

Your business model and predicted cash flow is based on assumptions – things we assume to be true. Ensuring our assumptions are adequate and our systems in place support these assumptions is of great importance. During three one-on-one sessions, a business coach will teach you to develop your business assumptions, educate you on the working capital life cycle, and coach you to create your own 12-month cash flow plan. Included in this service is free access to a large range of business tools.
